Post MBA, Taranjeet worked globally across Europe, Middle East and Asian markets in Investment Banking, Business Intelligence and Strategy Consulting.

Taranjeet is an ardent Basketball and Golf player. He also spends his available time playing bass and rhythm guitars in music bands. Taranjeet is a fan of spiritual discourses and volunteers for social causes.

Mr. Sudhir Sharma is an International Business Management Professional with over 25 years of experience in starting, building, growing and improving the profitability, performance and the value of the organizations in the Education/IT verticals. He comes with a deep understanding of educational landscape acquired through working in leading companies in the education vertical.

As a Director, Sales with Bharat Mentors, he is responsible for end-to-end implementation of customized e-learning, instructional designing, LMS & content to educational institutes, public sector, corporations etc. plus Consultant with schools/international companies to provide expertise in the areas of strategic planning, training & development, operational information technology, sales & customer service.
2. As a Vice President, International Business with Next Education, he has successfully build strategic partnerships with affiliates/distributors/channel partners aimed at garnering investments, business development, operations support in the K12 domain by providing solutions/services (Classroom based Interactive Digital Solutions, Science/Robotic Labs, Curriculum Solutions & Teachers Training) to schools in Middle East, Sri Lanka & Nepal.
3. As a Regional CEO, Educomp Solutions, spearheaded company’s growth in Northern India. He managed the implementation/support/training/business development of classroom based interactive digital solutions in over 3000 schools across Northern India with a team size of 50 plus.
4. As a Director Sales at Spirex Canada, passion for always delivering the best solutions & support plus creating & scaling new lines of services led to the growth of the company by becoming the preferred “Value Added Reseller” for various fortune 500 companies.
5. As a volunteer work, he initiated a project along with his spouse in educating the less privileged children’s in 2009, by admitting them back in school & also teaching them at home at no cost thus creating a success story of its own.

Mrs. Lorraine Mirza

has been a dedicated member of the educational fraternity. She has been in the field of education for over 40 years. She has been associated with several schools and recipient of several Educational Awards including the “Mother Teresa International Award”, for her contribution to Education.

She did her schooling from Loreto House, Middleton Row and her college from Sophia College Bombay. Because of her love for children, she decided to take up a career in Education.. In St Thomas’ Boys School, Kidderpore she served for 24 years as Head of Chemistry Department and later as Head of Jr. Department. She was transferred to St. Thomas Church School, Howrah as Vice- Principal and also served as Officiating Principal. Mr. John Mason who was the C.E.O. for GEMS –Global Management Systems then invited her to join as a GEMS Principal. As a Founder Principal she established the Pailan World School, Kolkata and The Taurian World School, Ranchi. After getting the affiliation to C.B.S.E. for the Taurian World School, she was transferred to Punjab to set up the Gems Cambridge International School.She was the Principal of La Martiniere for Girls, Kolkata. After retiring from La Martiniere she joined the Ashok Hall Group as Director Academics. Presently she is associated withPailan World School as Academic Advisor, Morning Smiles, Pre- School and Springfield Academy as Educational Director and Caring Minds as Guest faculty.

She has been the recipient of several Educational Awards including the “Mother Teresa International Award”, for her contribution to Education.

Ms. Sumita Shee

An accomplished visionary educationist with over 28 years of enrichment, exposure and experience perseveres to create, innovate and set fresh trends in the K-12 education sector.

A career spanning from being a Secondary School Science (Physics), Mathematics and Computer Science teacher, thereafter a Senior Secondary Physics Teacher to Principal / Founder Principal of majorly C.B.S.E. schools and two I.C.S.E. schools, a Regional Director of Schools (East Zone) for a leading chain of schools to presently positioned as Head (Training & Curriculum), also rendered voluntary services as a Regional Coordinator with an NGO and Academic Coordinator of Jharkhand for the National Children’s Science Congress, a well-sought after Master Trainer for C.B.S.E. and other leading organisations, Curriculum Designer and Content Developer, has enabled me to witness and experience all diverse components of operations, affiliations to both C.B.S.E. and I.C.S.E., crisis and development in the K-12 sector at close range with hands-on valuable lessons on the same to introspect, innovate and implement along the journey of 28 years!
